Avi Reches, CEO
Avi is the founder and general manger of Precise Engineering since 1997.
Avi brings professionalism, creativity, customer oriented approach and vast multi disciplinary engineering knowledge.
Over the years, Avi had developed computerized tools, design methodologies, working practices and infrastructure that has built Precise Engineering’s reputation as a leading edge engineering firm.
Avi holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
In addition, Avi is an auturized Technologoical Expert for the Israeli Innovation Authority, and earned countless professional diplomas from international organizations (such as ISPE, TÜV, and others), including Process water, HVAC, GAMP, Energy systems, solar systems, refinery systems, programmable controllers, explosive environments, and many more.
Sinay Goldberg, Senior Advisor
Sinay brings considerable knowledge and experience in LASERs, semiconductors process control, and multidisciplinary system integration.
During his career of over 20 years, Sinay held a range of scientific, engineering and management positions in leading Israeli multidisciplinary technological companies.
Sinay holds a PhD in Chemical Physics from Tel Aviv University.
Eran Gruber, VP Business Development
Eran's contribution to Precise Engineering includes nearly 30 years of experience in strategy, marketing and development of advanced technological products.
Prior to joining Precise Engineering, Eran was in charge of strategic accounts in Discretix Ltd. Eran was also שproduct manager, and held a number of business, marketing and R&D positions in Alvarion and Tadiran.
Eran holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, and Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI) from Swinburne University Business School.
